What the War Chest Funds

- Strategic Economic & Cost Updates: Ensuring our business case figures, regional economic benefit models, and tender-ready estimates meet current government treasury criteria.
- Public & Stakeholder Momentum: Targeted advocacy campaigns, regional media engagement, and partner-council coordination to keep the rail trail at the very top of the regional funding queue.
The War Chest is completely separate from our general operational funds. Every single dollar given here is strictly allocated to advocacy, delegations, and the strategic work required to unlock capital construction funding.
