Stage Three is due to commence in 2026 after the completion of Stage Two. It will involve the construction of the Rail Trail. This is where the major funding will be accessed through applying to Government agencies and business. The building of the Trail will take several years to complete and its schedule and progress will depend on decisions taken in Stage Two.
