Put your local know-what and general knowledge to the test on Sunday August 6. CMRT’s Come Quiz With Us event will celebrate the forthcoming release of the trail’s feasibility study.
What it’s all about
It’s back! The CMRT trivia afternoon. Come along to Newstead on Sunday August 6 and take your seats for a fun-filled 5-round quiz. Book today!
Our quiz-mistress assures there will be NO silly questions about periodic tables, Sydney or the happiness index in Bhutan. Or others like when did the Norwegian parrot die, or what sort of oil is used when anointing kings, or how many baby rabbits can a rabbit have in a year.
To stand a chance, you will need to brush up on your local knowledge. Think the disused rail line between Castlemaine and Maryborough; bike riding; local geographical, historic and cultural features . We might embrace some of our no-longer-with-us Australians. And sport. Oh, and books and art and music. Think local.
